Absolutely some of the best food I have had. I have been going since it opened and it only gets better every time. I miss the burritos, but the MAUI makes the pain go away. I have never met a more pleasant staff. They LIKE feeding people good food. Like genuinely. That big dude that cooks behind the glass is a hero. Store is small, and you have to take things to go. They really should have seating for 40. They sell snacks and stuff too, but go for the big dudes cooking.

Torta (sandwich) is what you'll find but oh so much more. It is a mini grocery with drinks, chips, candy and prepared meats. The meat is in the tortas or by the pound for cooking at home. This time I had the chile relleno torta, my wife had birria torta. Both are on the buy again because we loved them list now. But this is how it really works. While they prepare your very fresh torta you have the opportunity to peruse the shelves. Awwwwww. You might find a beer or flan or takis or Mexican candy. You can see where this is going. It's all going home with us. We will be back very soon. Next time maybe take home a pound of carne asada and of course a flan or two. Check it out and don't be surprised when you love it!

Honest takeout review: I should have taken a picture, but I was too hungry and it smelled delicious so 5/5! (Carniceria review tomorrow***) Have you ever thought, I'm hungry but I don't know what I want... suddenly you remember a person telling you about a place that just instantly makes you salivate and start feeling like you're starving? Yup... it happened to me and a client of mine told me about Beline as it was a restaurant in her family and that it was the best in town... seeing that I was hungry, it's upheld it's 5/5 stars and I'm here to tell you about the "chilaquila" torta today! -Chilaquila torta: 5/5 A Mexican breakfast sandwich can't even begin to describe this creation! When you're met with sweet acidity from pickled onions, you add a delicious amounts of ingredients that taste fresh and very culturally appropriate for a Mexican torta... I'll tell you that this is why the restaurant holds its authenticity to a 5 star. Eggs, meat, beans and queso fresco (fresh cheese). Add a delicious chilaquilles in green sauce and stack it up on a talera bread otherwise known as a torta! You have an authentic flavor profile that can't be matched. It reminds me of my family's torts in Mexico... that's how authentic this is!!! I wouldn't sleep on Beline, this sandwich was expensive but it could comfortably feed 2 if you're wanting a snack! I'll be griddlin' up some taco meat tonight and I'll be back tomorrow to report on the flavor of the carniceria meat and how their al pastor does! Stay tuned!! Also*** their sauces/salsa: 5/5 ooooof! (Good oof) They have them in large containers for sale, I should've have gotten one but all 4 they gave for me to try were fire!!! In a good way! If you don't like spice you'll love it! (Unless you think mayonnaise is spicy jk)

Wow. This was the best torta I've had. Super flavorful meat, soft bread and fresh veggies. So good. I tried the Mexicans with Asada. It doesn't even need sauce but their sauces are so tasty. Service was prompt. I'll be back to try the Birria next.

I'm not an expert on sandwiches. I eat sandwiches when I want something quick and McD doesnt sound good. But I can report that these tortas were stuffed with fresh ingredients, like meat. I love meat and my sandwiches were full of good meat. I felt good and full after one torta. So 5 stars. Simple as that. No frills in service. You go to counter, order your sandwich, pay for it and go home. Not a sit down kinda place. The sandwiches are around $11 to $15. Not cheap but the days of 5 dollar footlong is long gone.

My first time in their ordering a torta. From their customer service, to their efficiency, to the taste of my torta, A+ all around! The girls were super friendly, walked me through their menu (currently limited due to a kitchen remodel), gave me their personal favorites because I asked, and then whipped out my food in no time. My torta was served warm and the bread tasted soft and fresh. It was delicious and I'll be back to try more! I also ordered 2 lbs of marinated chicken fajita meat because I don't have time to plan out dinner tonight. I've had items from their deli before that I've brought home and thrown on the grill and all were a good quality meat or product (carne asada and bacon wrapped jalapeños).

Still five stars!! Love our local Carnceria in Lemmon Valley! I come here for their pastor meats and house made chorizo and yet to try so many other meat options like chicken fajitas and other specialties. I come here when i need something quick at home . Love the amazing smells as you walk in since they also offer tortas burritos and a few other food to go . They also have a nice selection of veggies to go with your meals like jalapeños cilantro tomatoes and a variety of Mexican cheeses and sour cream and tortillas . A one stop shop and super convenient. They're also always super friendly and fairly priced. Check them out, right next to Mynt.

I recently started working in N Valleys and took the opportunity to stop and try the amazing looking birria torta. Oooohh my goodnessss I am not exaggerating when I say it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The people running it are very nice and they bring your food out to you as you wait in the car. Of course I had to pick up my favorite chips from their market too. 10/10 will return
